| This is the third property I have bought or sold since 2003 with Karen as my agent. I would not use anyone else locally. She gives 100% of herself all the time and she is a delight to deal with. This time, I am living in Montgomery County and sold a Frederick property. She would run to the condo and do odd jobs and let workers in. She helped to "stage" the property with her own items and she was always available to answer my calls with a smile in her voice.
Karen is the type of employee anyone would want working for them.
